Traci Cormier
Traci Cormier, Academy Director, is responsible for overseeing the entire day-to-day operations of the Academy. This is accomplished by providing instructional, operational, and administrative leadership to the various entities of the Academy operation. In addition, Ms. Cormier organizes, supervises, and evaluates the development of curriculum, school programs, and staff and student achievement. She also acts as the liaison to IAF's Board of Directors, as well as SABIS^® Educational Systems and works closely with parents regarding school communication and student performance.

Art Wenzlaff
Art Wenzlaff, Director of School & Community Relations is primarily responsible for student recruitment, but also helps coordinate student MTA bus transportation, develops partnerships with neighborhood and community organizations, promotes the choir and band programs, assists the Parent Connection organization, and provides a variety of other support to staff, students, and parents.

Chris Matheson
Chris Matheson, is the Student Life Coordinator at International Academy of Flint. Prior to assuming this position Chris also served as the Student Management Coordinator (1999-2000) and the 21^st Century Community Learning Center Project Coordinator (2000-2004). Chris works closely with students on many issues, including academics, behavior, and leadership development. Chris is also the Boys’ Varsity Basketball Coach and the Athletic Director for IAF.

Bethany Kotlark
Bethany Kotlark is the Upper School Academic Quality Controller. She oversees all aspects of the curriculum and academics for grades 9-12. She supervises the Upper School teachers and paraprofessionals, and ensures that the SABIS^® system is being implemented in each classroom. She began his career with International Academy of Flint in 1999.

Melissa Vincent
Melissa Vincent is the Middle School Academic Quality Controller. She oversees all aspects of the curriculum and academics for grades 4-8. She supervises the grade 4-8 teachers and ensures that the SABIS^® system is being implemented in each classroom. She is a certified teacher and began her career with SABIS^® in 1999 as a grade 5 teacher at International Academy of Flint. She has been in her current position since 2001.

Kristine Grams
Kristine Grams is the Lower School Academic Quality Controller. She oversees all aspects of the curriculum and academics for grades K- 3. She supervises the K-3 teachers and kindergarten paraprofessionals, and ensures that the SABIS^® system is being implemented in each classroom. She is a certified teacher and began her career with SABIS^® in 1999 as a kindergarten teacher at International Academy of Flint. She has been in her current position since 2008.

Kendra Giles
Kendra Giles is the Student Management Coordinator. Her job is to manage and document student behavior, as well as do a follow-up for the student behavior. Her role is to be proactive as much as possible. She is also responsible for overseeing and assigning duties to those who work in the Student Management department, as well as keeping an eye on the safety and cleanliness of the school grounds.
